Chilean legal boutique Awad & Cia has announced its launch, founded by attorney Álvaro Awad after more than 15 years’ work in the legal sector.
The office operates in El Golf, aspiring to become a reference in corporate solutions and dispute resolution, thanks to its preventive and business sense approach.
In addition to his extensive experience as a lawyer, Álvaro Awad has been a professor of civil law and oral litigation at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile since 2014, where he graduated as a lawyer summa cum laude.
He holds a master’s degree from the University of Chicago, where he studied as a Fulbright scholar.
The new firm specializes in dispute resolution, business and corporate solutions, labor and immigration law, competition and regulatory, consumer and technology.
